About Tale of Two Rivers

Tale of Two Rivers started with a simple observation: property owners were managing too many things on their own. Between guest logistics, bookkeeping, tax filings, and property upkeep — there wasn't a single place to turn for connected support.

Francis Molina and Evan Weisberg founded Tale of Two Rivers to change that. With backgrounds spanning property management, finance, and real estate, they built a business that brings operational and financial services together under one roof.

Meet the Founders

Francis Molina, CPA

Co-Founder & Operations/Finance Lead

Francis brings a hands-on approach to property management. With experience in hospitality operations and short-term rental management, he oversees the day-to-day operations that keep properties running smoothly and guests coming back.

He handles everything from pricing strategy and turnover coordination to vendor relationships. He also analyzes markets and conducts tax work in real estate space. His focus is simple: deliver a great experience for guests while maximizing returns for owners.

Evan Weisberg

Co-Founder & Management Lead

Evan leads the management side side of teams for Tale of Two Rivers. With a background in real estate as a general contractor, he helps clients understand the structural intergrity of assets and analyzes costs of repairs/rehabs. Evan manages maintenance oversight.

His approach is methodical, transparent, and always focused on the client's asset and future renovations.
